This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into between:
NATURALOOK ACADEMY, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” on the one hand, and
[Student or Client Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Student,” on the other hand.
1.1. Course Delivery: The Provider undertakes to provide the Student with access to an online course described on the Provider’s website or in promotional materials (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”).
1.2. Course Payment: The Student agrees to pay the Course fee according to the terms specified on the Provider’s website or in the invoice.
PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. Cost and Payment: The Course fee is in Canadian currency and must be paid by the Student before gaining access to the Course.
2.2. Payment Methods: The Student may use the following payment methods: credit card
ACCESS TO THE COURSE
3.1. Provision of Access: The Provider will grant the Student access to the Course upon receiving payment.
3.2. Access Period: Access to the Course is provided for 3-6 months (depending on course length) from the date of purchase. Money for the course – NON-REFUNDABLE.
3.3 Response time clause
The Provider agrees to respond to all inquiries, requests, or communications from the Student (hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient”) within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed 48 hours during regular business days and hours. Response time excluded weekends and recognized public holidays.
LIABILITY
4.1. Provider’s Responsibility: The Provider is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Student as a result of using the Course.
CONFIDENTIALITY
5.1. Confidentiality: All confidential materials and information provided within the Course must remain confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
6.1. Provider’s Statements and Guarantees: The Provider declares and guarantees that the Course will be provided with due qualification and professionalism.
STUDENT’S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
7.1. Student’s Statement: The Student assures that they have the necessary technical means and internet access to use the Course.
FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Contract Conclusion: This Agreement is considered concluded and valid upon receipt of payment from the Student.
8.2. Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of [country/region], and any disputes related to it will be resolved in the court of this jurisdiction.
Important Information for Our Participants!
Please pay attention to the following important terms regarding your participation in the course:
Protection of Intellectual Property: All information provided within the course is the intellectual property of NATURALOOK ACADEMY. Copying, distributing, or transmitting this information to third parties without the written consent of the course author is strictly prohibited.
Access to the Course: Please do not share access and passwords to your personal course account with third parties. In case of a violation of this rule, your account will be immediately blocked. Access cannot be restored after blocking, and course fees are non-refundable.
Penalties and Damages: According to the offer agreement, a penalty of $100,000.00 (one hundred thousand US dollars) based on a court decision is provided for each unauthorized use of intellectual property. A penalty is also applicable for transferring the online course or its parts without the consent of the authors or copyright holders.
Personal Video Lessons: Each video lesson is unique and contains a personal watermark for each student. This ensures that any attempts to download and share videos with third parties will be detected and stopped.
Monitoring and Reporting: We carefully monitor all actions and activities within the course system, including logins and logouts. We also work with a team of lawyers to ensure the protection of copyrights.
Assignments and Reports: Please follow the instructions in the “Assignment” tab and provide answers only in text format in the corresponding field. Handwriting and sending photos of homework assignments are prohibited.
